Morning Breakfast

Morning beauties! We all know we have to kick-start our day with a nourishing & perfect breakfast to fuel your body. Although many of us forget, don't have time, or just dont bother sometimes. But it's the most important meal of the day! Here, I'll give you the recipe to the best breakfast you ever had - I'm not even kidding... :)

Can we just have a moment and look at all of this goodness? Doesn't it look so tempting & delicious, but also really easy and quick to make? Well it is!

How to make this delicious bowl:

What you need:

  • Organic plain yoghurt (you can also use vanilla yoghurt when you prefer).

  • An (pink-lady) apple.

  • Cinnamon (optional)

  • Primrose's Kitchen muesli - raw carrot, apple and cinnamon.

Steps:

  1. Put the yoghurt in a bowl and sprinkle it a little bit with cinnamon.

  2. Chop you apple into tiny pieces and lay it on top of the yoghurt.

  3. Last but not least, add your muesli (some cinnamon, when desired).

That's how easy it is!

I recently also discovered a new muesli from the wonderful brand of Primrose's Kitchen. All of her products are handmade, organic and gluten-free in Dorset. There are 2 different kinds of muesli:

- Raw carrot, apple, cinnamon (link) PERSONAL FAVOURITE <3 - Raw beetroot & ginger (link)
