Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Everyones guilty pleasure - Chocolate! Don't we all love a freshly-baked chocolate chip cookie with out coffee or tea in the afternoon without feeling guilty about it? Well then you finally found the perfect recipe to make your sweetest temptations & desires come true! These are 'THE BEST' vegan and healthy cookies you will have ever tried; I'm not even kidding.

They look so tasty you nearly want to be able to eat the from your latop screen haha. Anyways... I created a quick, simply & super healthy recipe that will replace those sugary goods from the supermarket + will save you a lot of money too! As a bonus I also used a product from CreativeNature Superfoods... CACAO NIBS - super healthy and can be added into every thing you want. It's bascially pure chocolate without it being processed; its the product you have when they freshly pick it. Therefore it's fully packed with nutrients & benefits for your well-being and your tastebuds of course! You can use it for baking cakes, cookies, pancakes etc.. But you can also add it in your oatmeal or smoothie for a little choco-treat.

Recipe for about 10-12 cookies:

What you need:

  • 1 (over) ripe banana.

  • 85g oatmeal + 1tbp of oat flour.

  • 2tbsps of coconut sugar (honey, agave syrup or normal sugar will do as well).

  • 3tbsps of (oat) chocolate milk from Oatly.

  • 2tsps of CreativeNature CACAO NIBS.

  • 50g roughly chopped pure chocolate pieces.

  • some finely chopped walnuts + cinnamon

Step by step:

  1. Pre-heat oven on 180 Celcius & take baking paper + baking tray.

  2. Cut the banana in pieces and mash it thouroughly + add this together with the oatmeal in a big bowl and mix.

  3. Add the cacao nibs, walnuts, and coconut sugar - mix again.

  4. Carefully add in the chocolate milk, stir mixture with a spoon and then add oat flour until most of the liquid is absorbed.

  5. Now add in the roughly chopped chocolate pieces and srpinkle some cinnamon over the cookie dough.

  6. Lastly, roll dough into tiny balls, flatten them with your hand-palm on the baking sheet. leave about 5cm space between them.

  7. Place them in the oven for about 15-20min.

  8. Ready to be served! :D
